It has been a gift to work with this wonderful family since big sister's arrival nearly six years ago. Mom and Dad are such loving, kind people. And the apple sure didn't fall far from the tree - Emma was so eager to love on her sister, beaming the whole time. Miss Sofia is a blessed little lady, for sure!
Capturing twins is never easy, but these two sweethearts, Sutton and Collins, made my day. Wish I could better articulate the little bit of magic that happens when newborn twins are placed together. There is such a comfort and completeness between them...they seem to melt together. And big brother was allll smiles. Have a feeling this sweet boy will always take care of 'his babies'.
Here are some images from Maeve's newborn session gallery. It was hard to choose which images to share. Her yummy cheeks and adorable rolls are "Awww" inducing in every single image from her session. Really... can you resist the urge?
I mean, COME ON!!! SERIOUSLY?!?!?! Can a family get any cuter??? This sibling image is one of my favorites with the full face smile from big sister, Elliott rockin' his awesome head of fun, the pop of color...LOVE IT ALL! And dear Elliott was a dream for his session, as I believe his big sister was at her's. Well, no matter, it was a joy to see this family again and an honor to meet their newest addition!
Watching a Mama love on her new baby boy or girl never fails to flood me with emotions as I gaze through my lens. How I miss the days of endless snuggles. Sigh. As you can see, Lucas is a lucky new soul, and I was honored to witness him and his Mama sharing a moment.
Big brother is a busy boy, but big sister...oh my how she loved on Paige. Takes me back to the days of my eldest mothering her little sisters every chance she had. These three are sure to fill their home with endless love and laughter!
This little love has a name as beautiful as her gorgeous head of hair, Cleo. She was as comfy as can be, but I imagine that sweet little lower lip will say something other than "relaxed" in a few years. And it will be a struggle not to cave ever. single. time. : )
Colton's grandma and my sister have been friends since Colton's Mommy was an itty bitty herself. To meet Colton and capture this magical time for his family was such a treat. This little peanut made my job easy, to boot!
Tyler and this gorgeous wood bowl were a match made in heaven. Add a little heart lovie and content expression and...I melt. This first image would be a huge print in the nursery if it were up to me. Look at that sweet face!
